2022 is here, and we are already dreaming and setting goals. But before we move forward to the new year, let’s take a look at our most important moments for the past one. Rewind!

We joined forces with FORTH
In 2021 we intensified our presence on the Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH) campus by moving a part of our operational departments there. The reason for this was our participation in the MIRAGE research project.

We became part of the team.blue group
16 years after its founding, Top.Host joined team.blue, a leading digital enabler for companies and entrepreneurs which has more than 1,500 experts to support them, and serves over 2 million customers in Europe!

We celebrated the National Customer Service Week
We participated again this year in the National Customer Service Week of EIEP. During the week of October 4-9, we prepared a series of activities and surprises for our support team, which is always at the forefront of serving our customers.

We upgraded our security protocols
Your security is our priority. That's why in March, following the relevant directive from the international Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), we stopped supporting TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1. versions. It was a necessary action to upgrade the security level of our infrastructure that shielded οur email service users.

We renewed our remote working policy
At Top.Host we have been working remotely since 2016. However, things have changed. So, we renewed our Remote Work Policy to be updated and as much clear as possible. Our renewed policy is based on 4 main pillars: stress reduction, flexibility, environmental footprint reduction, and efficiency/productivity increase. We offered
Like every year, the one that passed we took action for the common good. Our team participated in voluntary blood donations, provided sponsorships, and helped those affected by fires and earthquakes. It is these little things which we can do that we believe can make a difference!
