Contest Terms And Conditions

1. The Company under the name "Maounis Frangoulis & Co." (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), located at the Industrial Area, Heraklion Crete and legally represented by Mr. Anthoulakis Dimitris, organizes via internet a competition named "Mine or Bitcoin" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition"), according to which participants will have the opportunity to compete through a specific application and win awards according to their performance. The final score will show ten (10) winners to win:
- 1st place: one (1) annual Star web hosting plan from Top.Host.
- 2nd - 10th place: nine (9) coupon codes of -40% discount for one (1) annual web hosting plan (Star, Planet ή Galaxy) from Top.Host (one coupon for each winner).

All internet users who have reached the age of 18 (hereinafter the "Participants"), have the right to participate in the Competition (permanent residents of Greece and Cyprus are excluded).

2. Regardless of the data that the Participants choose to share with Facebook, the personal details collected by the Organizer are their name and email and they will be used exclusively for the purposes of the Competition and not for subsequent promotions. These data will be maintained until 30/06/2018 and will be permanently deleted from the Organizer's server at this date. If the Organizer already has the Participant's email from previous campaigns conducted for promotional purposes, then the email remains in its possession and can be used accordingly. The reported data is collected in order to show the best results in the leaderboard of the application (name and surname), the announcement of the final winners on the Organizer's Facebook page (name and surname) and the contact with the winners.

3. The employees of the Organizer, their relatives of first and second degree, as well as the employees and elatives of first and second degree of the partner company Baked Advertising are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

4. Participants are required to compete in the respective app that has been created, on the dates that the Contest will take place. The winners will come from the final ranking.

5. The duration of the Contest shall be from 23/05/2018 at 00:00:01 until 11/06/ 2018 at 23:59:59.

6. Subject to the conditions set out in clauses 1, 2 and 3 herein, any interested party may participate in the Contest and win 1 of the 10 gifts during the Contest. Participants are solely responsible for the correct submission of their data.

7. Each Participant has the right to compete as many times as they want in order to achieve a position in the final ranking.

8. The Organizer has the right to verify the validity of the entries and to exclude any Participant attempting to intervene unlawfully in the participation procedure or whose participation does not comply with these terms.

9. The Winners' announcement will be held on 12/06/2018 at 12:00 on the Organizer's Facebook page.

10. Winners will be determined on the basis of scoring when the Competition ends.

11. Winners will be announced on the Organizer's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/top.host) and will be notified by email at 12/06/ 2018. The effort to notify the Winners will be fully demonstrated by the simple acknowledgment of the employee in charge.

12. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any unsuccessful attempts to notify the Winners because the latter did not respond for any reason or there was a problem in receiving the message.

13. In the event of failure to communicate with the Winners until 19/06/2018, the receipt of the winner's prize is automatically dismissed and no claim may be made against the Organizer.

14. The Organizer bears no responsibility if the Winners refuse or do not take action for any reason or show indifference or negligence in order to receive their gifts or the profile they have declared is incorrect or if their participation is canceled or if the conditions for their participation in the Contest are not met. In such cases, the Winner loses any right or claim on the prize and the latter remains in the hands of the Organizer, who is relieved of any performance obligation and is entitled to make, at its absolute discretion, either the cancellation of the unsubscribed gift or its further disposal.

15. The gifts to be delivered under these terms are given by reason of the notice, exclude the application of the seller's liability provisions or other provisions giving rise to liability for actual defects, agreed properties, etc., against the Organizer. In any case, the responsibility of the Organizer is limited to any acts or omissions by deceit or gross negligence occurring and under no circumstances will it extend to acts or omissions due to slight negligence, fortunes or force majeure.

16. The prizes to be awarded under the Contest are absolutely specific and personal, non-transferable and are not exchanged with money, nor can they be claimed to be replaced with other gifts.

17. For the removal of any doubt, it is clarified that the Organizer does not undertake to cover any other expenses that may arise in the person of the Winner from the use of the prize, except as expressly stated herein.

18. The Organizer reserves the right to modify and / or revoke the Contest or change the dates of its conduct or any other condition, to change the offered prizes withs others of equal value during the Contest, the manner of its provision, by notice before the change came into effect. These changes will be disclosed to the public through the Facebook page of the Organizer with the date of validity of the above modification and / or revocation, etc. the date of such notification. The Organizer may also suspend or cancel the Contest without notice for reasons of public interest or force majeure or for any reason whatsoever. In such cases, the Organizer has no responsibility towards the Participants and / or any third party. In the event of cancellation of the Contest, the Participants do not acquire any right, claim against the Organizer nor are they entitled to claim the continuation of the Contest or any compensation due to any change of the Contest.

19. Participants who visit the site and use its applications and generally the capabilities it provides should not violate public morality or register sensitive data or material that contains content and price-sensitive content against a Public or Administrative Authority or any third party. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude the posting of offensive, unethical and illegal content on the site without notice.

20. Although the Organizer has the ability to oversee and take action for the proper use of the site, it is possible at any time that language or material in general that may be inappropriate for minors is being displayed. The Organizer can not guarantee that the Participants will not place any material on the site, which may be deemed unsuitable for minors. The Organizer has no responsibility for any Internet access to information, goods and services that are contrary to law, good morals or are inappropriate for certain categories of persons, especially minors. If the Internet user considers that the material posted on or in any part of the site infringes in any way its rights or third party rights, they may send a message to https://www.facebook.com/top.host specifying the material or part of the material that they consider offensive and the reasons for their claim.

21. The participation in the Contest requires internet access by the technical means of the Participant. The Organizer bears no responsibility whatsoever if for reasons beyond its control or for reasons of force majeure (for example, problems or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, server or provider, computer components, software, failure to send or receive data due to lack of available space or due to technical problems or congestion on the Internet or on any website or due to a combination of these events, disconnection of the Internet and virus infection of computers, malicious or unlawful acts or interventions by third parties, fraudulent actions) delayed or fails to send the entries made in the context of the Contest.

22. If it is found that any Participant or user of the site violates or is suspected of attempting to breach their network, system or software, their participation in the Competition is immediately void and the Organizer reserves the right to report the matter to the competent authorities.

23. The Organizer has the right to verify the validity of the entries and to exclude any Participant attempting to intervene unlawfully in the participation procedure or whose participation does not comply with these terms. In addition, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel at any time the participation of any Participant in the Contest or to prohibit further participation, at its sole discretion, at any time, even without notice, if they consider that its participation contradicts with provisions of the law or made in bad faith or abusive or contrary to good faith or fair and honest practices.

24. The Organizer does not bear any criminal or civil responsibility towards the Participants for any damage they may have directly or indirectly from the Contest.

25. The Winner gives the Organizer the right, in the event that they participate and win a prize, to publish their name, without any financial or other requirement on their behalf other than the prize of the Contest.

26. Subject to the terms of the present, the Organizer will keep a record of the personal data of the Participants mentioned above (name, surname, email address), which will be processed only for communication with the Winners and will be deleted as mentioned on clause 2. Each Participant has the right to information, access, as well as the right to object to the processing of their data in accordance with the provisions of articles 11 to 13 of the Law 2472/1997 on protection from personal data processing and can communicate with the Organizer for the exercise of their rights.

27. The Participants do not have any right whatsoever on the Organizer's trade marks, names, indications, emblems and other insignia.

29. These terms are governed and supplemented by Greek law and any dispute relating to the Contest shall be settled by the competent courts of Heraklion, Crete.
