The Customer Service Week (7-13/10) by the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (HICS) is back again this year with the central message “Together we celebrate Customer Support! Where everyone’s hearts beat loudly”. Top.Host actively participated for yet another year to spread the message and highlight the value and potential of teamwork.
The week’s program was full of gifts, surprises, offers and lots of smiles with our service team members and our customers as the protagonists.
Our festive week
For our team
Our support team is on the “front line” of customer service, and we owe them a big “thank you” for all they accomplish. So, this week, dedicated to our people, we organized internal activities to share smiles.
The week started with the “Most Improved Agent” quiz to reward our colleagues, continued with a cryptic crossword that our team members “competed” in observation, and the “Treasure Hunt” game to share moments of laughter and “agony”. Also, with the “Find the Age” game, we experienced some hilarious guesses.
Like every year, the week ended with a delicious meal for all and gifts for the winners of the games.
For our customers
The focus of the week was also on our customers. The first call of the week to our support team held a surprise gift for the customer, a free Web hosting plan for 1 year and a free domain registration.
Furthermore, we prepared unique offers on Web hosting plans on our site for all our clients as a gesture of gratitude for their trust and preference over the years.
We become better!
Customer satisfaction is our greatest reward, and Customer Service Week is an important reminder of all we accomplish together. That’s why we constantly participate in and support this institution with activities for our support team and special offers for our customers.
