TopHost could not be missing! We planned some surprises for our support team for always being at the forefront of serving our clients. Find out more about our weekly agenda:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monday<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The week started with the announcement of the weekly agenda. For our customer service representatives who do their best on daily basis, we planned games, surprises, quizzes, and gifts. Also, we had a surprise for <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the first client that reached our call center on Monday morning: s\/he received a free one-year renewal of their services!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tuesday<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clarisse Ndjel-Porchet, Team&#8217;s Blue Chief Human Resources Officer discussed biases in the workplace during her online presentation on the topic &#8220;Inclusion and Diversity.&#8221; The message was clear: companies should support diversity and educate their employees to eliminate such biases. After that, everyone was encouraged to take part in a relevant quiz to better understand such cases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then the support team played the &#8220;True-False&#8221; board game. The participants should answer funny knowledge questions with a \u201ctrue\u201d or \u201cfalse\u201d answer. The team really enjoyed it!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wednesday<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On Wednesday, the supporters played the &#8220;Battleship&#8221; game, and everyone claimed victory until the end. In the meantime, some bells started ringing and supporters received on their doorsteps some gifts! Specifically, all team members received a package with a thermos, happy socks, and antistress gifts. This presentation included a survival challenge designed to boost trust among team members. Despite the \u201ctough circumstances\u201d, we succeeded!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8655\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8655\" style=\"width: 1500px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8655 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/top.host\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"892\" srcset=\"https:\/\/top.host\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-1.png 1500w, https:\/\/top.host\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-1-300x178.png 300w, https:\/\/top.host\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-1-1000x595.png 1000w, https:\/\/top.host\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-1-768x457.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1500px) 100vw, 1500px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8655\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Challenge &#8220;Survival in the desert&#8221; with the Trainer and Consultant HR, Manos Pavlakis<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the same day, the Support team competed in &#8220;Pictureka,&#8221; a game in which speed and observation skills were required to become the winner.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Friday<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Friday was the last day of Customer Service Week, and also the day for the winners\u2019 official announcement. Those who won at the board games received a gift card to buy the game of their choice, while a treat on food orders ended the week happily.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">We participated in National Customer Service Week, for the 5th year in a row, and we shared happy moments. Even if we work remotely, &#8220;In Customer Service, we keep up\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">together<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8220;, and we also keep growing our team.
